A company with no integrity. Took a 'fully refundable' deposit from us to hold the vehicle, and then when we decided not to have it, they didn't refund us our deposit. Have tried multiple times to get it back, but they clearly have no intention of doing so. Thank goodness we didn't actually buy the vehicle!
