The two men who came to my home and did the installation of an outlet for the outside of my house were AWESOME!!! Ugh! I wish I had got their names!! They answered all my questions and they explained to me what they were doing. They also worked on my ceiling fan which is pretty high up. He retired it a couple of ways to try to satisfy me, but at the end of the day we realized it was best just to get another fan. Not the best experience. Customer service was ok. There was miscommunication between what the technician told me vs what the technician told their receptionist which resulted in the technician making an empty trip to my home. No work was done, but I was charged $150 for this empty trip. After some discussion with them, they did try to make it right by applying the $150 towards the total bill if they were to come back and actually complete the service that I originally requested.
