I have been at this dentist three times now. The front desk receptionists (Lindsey and Michele) are so kind and welcoming. Dr. Sood and her team (I have been with Ebony and Tierney) are very thorough, kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Overall, an amazing establishment that alleviates any dental issues. Highly recommend.
I’m not happy about this place receptionist is very rude. All they cared about was getting 200.00 dollars out of me when I just wanted a consultation to see if this was the right place for me. Yes, I would have paid to get x-rays if necessary ,but I’ve just had them done at another practice from 3 years ago. The front desk lady’s nice disposition changed when I told her this. I’m glad I had this place checked out. They are not BBB accredited. And have complaints filed against them!!!! I left in tears after being told I would have to pay almost 200.00 for x rays!! “I had x-rays done before with my other dentist “ they could use those for reference until I DECIDE if I wanted to proceed with this dentist then I would pay for x-rays. What a wonderful new first visit!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful.. just like good friends. Dr. Sood was so gracious, friendly, and very thorough in evaluating my health status as well dental health!! So pleased with choosing this office for my dental care!!
