Been coming here for some time now. Friendly with very little waiting.
I get a "simple" clipper cut that takes 10 minutes max., a think $16 is a fair price. I also tip well, considering the good price and level of service. However, seeing the "standard" cut is going from $16 to $21, which is more than a 30% INCREASE, that absolutely turns me off. I go back to my wife cutting my hair, or other more reasonable establishments! I realize the cost of living is increasing, but 30%!! What if the barbers' and owner's of Owen's got a 30% increase on their groceries, utilities, etc....?!?
I have been getting my haircut the past 3 years at Owen's cuts and I always paid $16 Friday when I got my haircut I was charged $21 and after I got home and washed my hair it looks like my hair was never cut now I have to spend more money to go to a different place to get my haircut again I will never go back to Owen's cuts and I will tell anybody else not to go there
Quality cuts at a decent price. No appointment needed to stop in, but you cannot use a debit/credit card to pay. I usually get into a barber chair within 10-15 minutes of arriving, sometimes less. Beards are an additional fee.
