Shon and his team are great at what they do and he is a man of his word! Now building a house with any builder isn’t going to be unicorns and rainbows (I say this because at this point I have had 5 houses built) but where these guys are different is they are committed to making it right in the end!
We moved into our home a little over a year ago and I held off on a review to give everything time to settle to give an honest review. I can't praise Shon and his team enough. From our first meeting to discuss our project to beyond our move in, they were awesome. Everyone was very helpful throughout the process and I felt like it was an "all hands-on deck" team effort. Living in our Owens Custom Home is absolutely blissful. I could not have imagined a more beautiful home. Quality is outstanding. My husband and I are forever grateful for this home and big thanks for all the personal and attentive attention we received. Especially Cary for being the perfect gentleman. I cannot thank him enough for his responses to my silly building questions. This company knows how to build homes!!!! The right way!
