Loaded here this morning and there was only one truck in front of me checked in with a 850# and waited 5 minutes dude come around and got me started loading me! Quick and painless.
not uncommon to be behind 12 other trucks. Absolute chaos. Horribly inefficient. Two out of three staff members are rude verging on hostile toward drivers. Who cares if your time is wasted or if you get to come home to see your family? Not your dispatcher and not these people
I couldn't believe how rude the guy was who checked me in. they can make you turn around to go to an entirely different warehouse but the parking lot is not designed for that kind of maneuvering. forklift drivers look like they're lost and can't find the product they need. handing off fast food meals during shift to each other. inefficiency seems rampant.
