Extremely Unsafe Driving Behavior by Owen’s Construction Vehicles I witnessed two Owen’s Construction vehicles stop in the middle of the road, blocking both directions of traffic, simply to greet each other and chat. This happened in a location with no work site nearby, and their actions created a serious hazard for other drivers. It showed a complete disregard for road safety and the well-being of others on the road. This occurred in Bailey
