I went here thinking it was the old business. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the old place but wanted to try them again. After eating. I was presently surprised. I let the cashier know that I enjoyed the food and told them my story and history with the restaurant. He let me know it was a different restaurant from the old one. I can tell a difference. I’ll be back.

First time trying it, and I’ll definitely be returning. Went on a Sunday afternoon, ordered to go and my food was ready in minutes. Sides came in generous portions and the pulled pork melted in my mouth. 10/10 for flavor plus loved the updated and charming atmosphere steps from Chattahoochee river.

I really wanted to love this place. Great story, good looking spot and nice staff. I came to try the brisket because it’s too much time smoke on my own given my time constraints. I order the brisket, sausage and smoked wings. The smoked wings were a hit, dry rubbed and white sauce on the side. Perfect smoke and tenderness - a 4.6 out of 5. I only wish there were a spicy sauce to add to the smoke, but very good. not sure what has happened but this place is not what it used to be. the jalapeño cheddar sausage used to be my favorite item however it is not even the same taste anymore. the sausage we had this most recent visit tasted almost rotten as much as i hate to say it. the brisket was also cold. the ribs were pretty solid no complaints there. then we had the banana pudding which was wayyyyyy too sweet. filled with too much brown sugar to where it was almost inedible and no bananas in the banana pudding.
