Go elsewhere for treatment, Dr. Owens is a snake. Her treatment was great. But it's the billing that's a hassle. I was in an auto accident and expected the at fault party to pay and had difficulty reaching a settlement. In the meantime I had my Medicare pay and little did I know a lot of her "procedures" are not medically necessary nor covered by insurance. I have had horrible back pain for the past 6 months. I came to Dr. Owens after 6 visits and my back has never felt better!! I seriously love her! She is amazing, very professional but personable.
I have been pressured to hurry my settlement along so that stephanie can receive payment. They are closed alot, they dont have convienent hours. Im really disgusted with the fact that she is inconsiderate of the settlement process for insurance. Not a good experience, answer machine is extremely long you wait almost 3 mins to leave a message.
Dr. Owens and her staff are just great! I can not say enough about them. They treated my whole family for my car accident, and I not only received a huge settlement but the Best Care! I will never be able to thank Dr. owens enough for what the did for my family.
Staff is professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly.
