I hired Owens Brothers Transfer for my move from Reno, NV to Vancouver, WA on 2/24. Chris Chambers was my main point of contact for the booking. He provided a very reasonable quote and was very upfront about expectations. We had hit some unexpected snow the day of the move where any other moving company would have likely (and understandably) rescheduled, but Chris and his colleague Buck showed up nonetheless and managed to get everything in my 1b/1ba apt loaded in under 2 hours. I loved them! They were so helpful and wonderful. They keep in mind people are human and were so accommodating. Would DEFINITELY move with them again. Recommend them to everyone

For a 500 mile move, we could not be happier with the service that Owen Brothers provided. Chris was very responsive with communications - sometimes not instant, but not slow, afterall he is hopefully working hard! His crew was very nice and put customer service high on their priority list. They listened to concerns and always tried their best to meet our requests.
