Good communication and work quality.
Owen did a vehicle inspection for me, the vehicle was in and out quickly. Owens Auto was thorough with the inspection, direct and up front about what they found, Owen explained in detail where he could about what needed to be done to the vehicle to pass safety without setting unrealistic expectations, and was very fair with the price. While I did not receive repair services from Owen's automotive service this visit, I will absolutely think of and recommend this business when the topic of car repair and maintenance arises.
