RecommendedVery friendly and helpful staff. We were in town on vacation and had the family bikes along. Recommended a great trail to fit our skills and then when I punctured a tire I returned and they replaced the tube at a very reasonable cost. Worked with 2 different staff over 2 days and both were excellent. Wish I had gotten their names. Will return here for any future bike needs!

RecommendedTechs do fabulous work at Owenhouse... Shame that their sales reps quote me one thing and I end up paying significantly more- no call to ask if I was OK with the price change, just handed the bill. Charged me $40/set for brake pads (After quoting $15/set) that could be bought directly from the manufacturer (not a knock-off) for $26/set on Amazon. Price match? Refused. Only recommended due to the techs doing good work. I'd recommend buying your own parts for them to install, otherwise you might end up like me.
Had my bike shipped here and they did an awesome job having it ready when I got there to start my ride!

I bought my LIV bike here a few years ago and have always had great service. Drop in to air up tires? No problem! Quick maintenance? No problem! Tonight I went to a free bike clinic for women and learned so much! A true gem of a business in building and sustaining community!
