I love this ACE! I’ve been coming here for 6+ years, and it’s such a gem to have right downtown. They have an amazing assortment of products for every household project, especially their kitchen selection! But what always brings me back is the amazing customer support. Just recently, I went in to pick up some large storage totes (3+). Without me even having to ask, a floor sales rep named Beck found me in the aisle and asked if I needed additional totes in the same size and color, since they had more in the back. I've ordered items online for pick-up several times only to have them tell me they no longer have it in stock or they have it reserved for another customer. It's good to know they can reserve items for other customers but can't keep their inventory updated until after you purchase a product they said they have.
Every visit is oh so pleasant. The entire team is knowledgeable and always helpful.
Bozeman’s Ace Hardware has a really nice diversity of products. It’s not Amazon, but it has what people in small towns need. Staff are friendly and always helpful. It’s a cozy place. 👍👍👍
