Very professional and knowledgeable staff. I was in and out with what I needed in a flash. No rush intended.
This store just never has what I need 9 out of 10 times, and prices are always like 50% more than other stores. Parking in Downtown is always bad, but here it is especially bad in the alley. I got stuck for like 15 minutes while a trash truck was blocking one exit, construction on another exit, and I wasn't about to reverse through the whole parking lot onto Babcock on a 1 way street in the other direction. Went there looking for some very specific items that aren’t normally found at hardware stores and was in luck! I spoke to a couple of extremely friendly and helpful women who were genuinely interested in me tracking down what I was looking for. The manager went even further and took my name and number for the future as well as looked up some items in her database with me. They just don’t make people like this anymore and I’ll undoubtedly be back in the future. Thank you again so much!! You ladies are awesome!
Back to back horrible experiences with the “coupons” they provide with most recent being absolutely absurd. I had a product I specifically wanted that was “on sale” from 49.99 to 49.99, the classic 0 cent sale. They don’t provide any autonomy to their workers to make any adjustments. I had a $10 of coupon I couldn’t apply to my $68 dollar bill because of that sale.
