Back to back horrible experiences with the “coupons” they provide with most recent being absolutely absurd. I had a product I specifically wanted that was “on sale” from 49.99 to 49.99, the classic 0 cent sale. They don’t provide any autonomy to their workers to make any adjustments. I had a $10 of coupon I couldn’t apply to my $68 dollar bill because of that sale. I admit that over 27 years I have purchased hardware-store items from about every store in Bozeman that sells it. But when I have a problem to solve and I know I need good customer service I always to Owenhouse downtown. Yesterday I thought I had figured out a way to fit speakers to stands not designed for those speakers. I came in with measurements, photos, and a sketch of what I thought would work.
