Wow I’ve just been to Owen’s Toyota and would have to say my experience from walking in the door was pleasant staff very friendly and easy to talk to but my interaction with Hannalee made my day she walked me through the process and kept me informed all the way. The service manager is so rude and unprofessional. After the first capped service car was not working with the cruise control, it was going to left while driving. Rung them straight away and told them the issue, they said can have a look when we are back in town ( we were driving to Sydney when we realised this issue). When we were back they were fully booked, so we asked we can go somewhere else but if the issue is not the wheel alignment they have to fix the issue and pay for the wheel alignment.
