I arrived in Wallaroo. After reading poor reviews for the Owen Terrace practice, I was nervous! However I am pleased to say, I have found it to be a well run, efficient practice! The reception staff are patient and helpful. Dr. Islam, that I see, is compassionate and helpful and I’m pleased to say has a sense of humour! It’s easily one of the best medical practices, I have used and I am 72 years old!
Excellent service from when I walked in the door - reception staff Emma and Mandy very friendly. Dr James was knowledgeable and very kind and Naomi the nurse was helpful and efficient.
Had a phone consult with Dr Du Toit this afternoon and is one of the worst experiences I’ve had there. I am having side affects to some of my medications which I got from the hospital a few weeks ago and was just wanting to know if I can stop them and go on something else or if I just have to live with it for now… while I’m trying to explain it to the dr, he just keeps cutting me off saying, “why did I move to a different dr” and “why would you go to the hospital?” Honestly don’t know why I even try anymore 😔
Worst doctors in South Australia. Avoid dr Du Toit, there is a reason why 3 doctors have left this practice so soon. Arrogant, unhelpful and rude man.
Went in for a medical certificate due to being 31 weeks pregnant and needing it for an exemption. Dr sat there giving me attitude and rudely asked 'why I wasn't going to another Dr'. I ended up walking out. Went in to KMA and the receptionist was dumbfounded that the Dr was acting that way and agreed he should be more than capable of writing this up for me without making me feel like I was inconveniencing him.
