Jack personally took the time to visit our new home. He provided a free water test, explained the results clearly, and gave helpful suggestions. We decided to go with the H-6500 system. I also want to mention that this plumbing company is very supportive of military veterans and offered a nice discount. They will be installing our new system soon, connecting it to the fridge and sink. We’re looking forward to having better water and ice. The customer service was awesome, friendly, and made us feel right at home.

Wow! These plumbers were fantastic! I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I should this time. Early one morning, my wife woke me up because we had water leaking in the basement. It took me a while to call, but once I did, Owen & Sons Plumbing LLC had someone at our house in Gig Harbor within an hour. Jack was friendly, professional, and really knew his stuff. i needed emergency plumbing help late at night because of a burst pipe in freezing weather. these plumbers say they offer 24-hour service and they actually do—1) they answered my call right away after 8 pm, 2) showed up fast, and 3) had the pipe fixed by 11 pm. the plumber, jack, was friendly, worked efficiently, and even checked for any water damage in nearby areas. we were very happy with their service and will call them first if we need a plumber again. honest, skilled, and the price was fair.
