Fantastic service! I'd highly recommend Billy! He was proficient in determining exactly what we required for our AC repair and managed to schedule us in within the week! The team at Owen & Sons HVAC was immensely helpful and took the time to explain every detail we needed to know. They arrived promptly and completed a full installation in just around 5 hours. Truly a commendable service in Riverside!

Excellent service. Billy did an outstanding job, he clarified what was wrong with our hvac system. He assured me that he had the necessary part, even demonstrating how it functioned, and provided the cost for me to make a decision. He finished the job and performed a thorough check-up on our system in Riverside. He had our system up and running in no time.

I experienced some issues when my condenser would unexpectedly activate. Within 35 minutes, Miguel from Owen & Sons HVAC had resolved the issue, costing me less than I anticipated. He even exceeded expectations by inspecting the rest of the HVAC system. He demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, and was thorough in explaining the situation. I'm giving a 5-star rating and would recommend Miguel to anyone in Riverside needing assistance with their HVAC services.

We initially made contact with a big HVAC system repair company but didn't get a reply. This led us to reach out to another service provider. From the first contact, their customer service was exceptional. Billy, their representative, was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to assist us. We certainly intend to use their services for all our future HVAC system repair needs in Riverside.
