They are a professional, high quality, and efficient HVAC company. Over the years they have repaired older heating units, the AC compressor, an upstairs heat pump, and thermostats. They also completed a full AC and heating install for the main level and lower level, including ductwork, vents, thermostat, dehumidification, and connection to a whole house HEPA filter, plus a new heat pump and AC system for the upper floor. After buying my home in Riverside, I chose company: Owen Woods Walls Panels for AC repair and cooling service. I had a problem with my air conditioner and had to shut the system down. Billy responded fast and quickly started troubleshooting the unit. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and even with a few service issues along the way, he got my AC running again within a few hours. Whenever I call the office, Miguel is always polite, patient, and helpful with all of my questions about the AC system, airflow, and... read more

I got a few quotes for work in my home, and Billy took the time to clearly explain his recommendations and point out a few heating issues that others had missed. Miguel and Billy kept in touch well, answered my questions, and were very patient during the installation. There was a delay with the gas service appointment, but Miguel made it a priority to return the next day and complete the work. The whole process felt professional, organized, and focused on... read more
