After a storm and internet outrage, I got a new router in 2023, to come and change the router info, I was quoted $129 plus parts just to reconnect my cameras to WiFi. I was then told the camera was broken and I needed a new one. It was not, but I agreed, because it’s just a camera, how much could that cost? After that service call to replace a camera the technician just wasn’t smart enough to replace, and had to come out multiple times, also showing up with the wrong parts more than once, I was charged about $1000. I dealt with Casey who has been here before on other service calls. He provides excellent customer service with his vast knowledge of the system. He's also very professional yet friendly.
