Dr. Owen O'Neill is refreshingly knowledgeable and easily communicates his medical knowledge with his patients so they understand the information he's conveying. Dr. O'Neill also "listens" to his patients regarding their medical history and answers their concerns vs. leaving his patients in limbo with their unanswered question(s).
Very short wait time . Very much improved on previous times . He found an issue with one knee that I had already had a knee replacement done on by a different physician at Mayo Clinic. Not even that doctor could find what the problem was, and neither could two or three others than I had looked at it. However, Doctor Owen O'neill spotted it right away, and now it can not be fixed without another knee replacement. So for now, we are going to replace the other knee and work from there. Dr O'Neill is an incredibly talented surgeon and I always felt he truly cared about my well being. He thoroughly explained everything throughout the process and patiently answered all of my questions. I highly recommend him.
Dr O’Neill was knowledgeable, thorough, and clear in his explanations at my recent consultation appointment regarding options for my hip osteoarthritis. He explained the hip replacement process, discussed x-rays, and went over the pros and cons of the various options. I was very satisfied and recommend him highly for his clear communication and professionalism.
Updated Dec 2023. Despite a busy schedule, Dr O’Neill and his time spend time to thoroughly discuss treatment options. I appreciate how Dr O’Neill uses state of the art, new research proven techniques for joint replacement. I have had two anterior approach hip replacements (R & L) done by him and a knee replacement both of which went so well due to the team's attention to detail and organization.
