The owner is a complete ass. He can be nice to your face because he has to. I was happy with them until I started getting calls for insurance for a procedure (braces) I had done 8 months ago. I'm frustrated because I signed a piece of paper saying our insurance would pay a set amount and I would be responsible for the rest. There was some miss understanding on my part I do agree.
