Owen was a phenomenal agent for us. He guided us through a thorough search of the neighbourhoods where we were interested. His local knowledge of services providers was very helpful as we undertook the daunting task of learning a new city. He was personal and receptive to our wishes even as our perceptions of the housing market evolved over time. I would recommend him without reservation. Owen has our highest esteem! In early 2022, we were trying to purchase a house and the realtor was terrible. Three months had gone by and the house still wasn't finalized. I called Owen's office and he met me that same day to look at a house. Over a two week period we looked at a couple of houses but none excited us. Before meeting Owen I had very little knowledge on what I needed to do to buy a home. Owen was very helpful and listened to my ideas and what I wanted in a home. He didn't try to steer me towards anything I wasn't interested in and always kept me updated on what was happening and what I had to do to move forward.
