I've had the pleasure of working with the Owen Homes team representing a buyer on a New Construction Custom Home. First, the buyers were extremely happy with the entire process. What I witnessed was genuine care and concern for the buyers throughout the entire process. We hired Owen Homes LLC in Kansas City to finish an under the garage area and convert it from a storage area to a golf simulator room. What an absolute amazing outcome! Their team, including Matt & Martin, did an outstanding job getting every detail right. We have done a number of renovations over our 70 years of life and none went a smoothly as this one with Owen Homes. They handled everything from the room finish, the electronics and the simulator.
