Never anyone around to pick up the phone. Weekly calls And voicemail messages left never get returned . Never see anyone inside when I drive by there numerous times
Plenty of places to order windows from. We were given a lead time which ultimately doubled; our sales guy never reached out to me about it. I reached out at the tail end of our ETA and was told about the delay and given a “nothing I can do about it”. I just would have appreciated if THEY had reached out to me and let me know about the delay; I understand that they’re at the mercy of the manufacturer. I’ve got an additional order to place and will be sure to take my business somewhere that values it.

Perhaps you have ugly, drafty, moldy single pane windows in your Seattle fixer-upper, and have grown tired of repeated mailers and aggressive phone calls from sharky window companies wanting to sell you new windows.
