They are not only effective at project management and communication, but have excellent installation skills and are knowledgeable about anything pertaining to windows and doors. This might’ve been the weirdest customer service experience ever. The first time I called them they were incredibly prompt and courteous and sent someone right out to measure my windows. I approved their bid, but they didn’t order them right away because they thought there was a possibility of them being covered under warranty. When they found out it was not covered under warranty they sent the person back out to reconfirm the measurements.
