Recently our gas forced hot water furnace stopped working late on a Friday night. I called and left a message for Owen. He returned my call and was able to come to the house on Saturday morning. The immediate issue turned out to be a faulty thermocouple. I called Owen and within a few hours he responded as I explained to him what was requested. He came over the next day to assess the boiler and the leaking sewer pipe.
