I would not recommend Owen Garretson based on my personal experience. I paid substantial legal fees, much of which seemed to go toward communication, yet very little meaningful work was actually done on my case. Important matters I specifically asked for help with, including holding the other party in contempt and assisting with mediation, were not properly followed through on. Personally, I have had excellent experiences with the services provided by Mr. Garretson. His response time to all of my questions or concerns is outstanding. in spite of his incredibly busy schedule, I can be confidant that I will receive a reply the same day in almost every situation. He is honest and upfront with his advice when dealing with the case, and has the ability to treat each client as if they are his only one. Below is the original review. 2 stars absolutely was gracious. This man not only reached out to me over placing this review, but childishly mocked me over a case he has zero knowledge of and isn’t even his specialty. His office is a disaster as well. He’ll brag about one case where he siphoned tens of thousands out of a woman he literally called crazy.
