Id give no stars if I could, they are the worst. They are more expensive than duke, and they will shut you off the instant you’re late. They don’t care about their customers because they know you can’t go elsewhere. The electric just randomly shuts off with no explanation whatsoever randomly. That happening is pretty consistent. They suck, I wish I could go back to duke. Atleast duke cares and knows my children need heat in the winter.
They are the absolute worst. I was a little bit late paying my bill due to financial issues. I came home to the electric being shut off. This company is a scam who doesn't like working with people in situations. They evidently like cutting power, and making you wait a full day until it gets turned back on just because you paid the bill past their operating hours. What a joke of a company. I hope you guys get shut down one of these days.
