It should be illegal how they treat paying customers.
Brand new home, 4 months old, sprayed insulation throughout and our electric bill was $500 last month…$640 this one! How?!
This company is ridiculous. We haven’t even move in the house and they sent us a bill for $380! They are very expensive and we as customers have no more options but to stick with them and their high rates. I wish we could switch to Duke.
It’s as if the Hatfields and McCoys made a truce and started an electric company errr cooperative. Only in Kentucky.
