Dirty, unproffessional office I was referred to Owen surgical clinic by my primary doctor. I walked in and the first thing I noticed was it smells of mold. The wallpaper is peeling and the paint chipping in several locations. The chairs in the waiting room were dirty and the whole place looked like it needed a good scrub down. This is a SURGICAL CLINIC, the last thing you want to see is dirt and peeling wallpaper.
