Whewwww I wish I could give 0 stars. The staff is very unprofessional (Gail & Helen). Gail started yelling at because I called my insurance to confirm my deductible. I’ve been active duty for 8 years so I wasn’t sure how it worked. Then once she calmed down & returned to her desk in the back, she started yelling again . Helen asked Gail if she could take the payment after she took my card, so I just asked for it back and left. I won’t be treated that way, nor will I beg to be seen at a 2 star facility that’s empty every time... read more
