From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome, not pressured at all. All bikes are quality and something for all tastes. Owen and Julie assisted where needed and this resulted in me purchasing my first big bike (Suzuki vstrom). Super easy process, delivery date arranged. Just really smooth process from two people who are genuinely passionate about what they do. Communication has been brilliant. Proper example of what local businesses should be. This has got to be the best bike buying experience I’ve ever had. Julie and the team were fantastic. I didn’t see the bike in person, just bought it purely on the pictures online. Julie kept me in the loop as to when it was being MOT’d and serviced. They even put a brand new battery on her as they felt she wasn’t starting as well as she should. Delivery was exactly on time. I’ll definitely recommend Owen Cherrell racing to anybody looking for a bike. They give a first class service 😁.
