I contacted Owen and Associates on Sept 4. From the very beginning I communicated.. I am being treated for severe depression including the barrie police having been here twice out of concern for my safety. They offered me a 8000 retainer. I said this was unacceptable after I had already found problems communicating with them. They immediately offered a 5000 retainer which I agreed to as I am in desperate need of counsel.
