Tried to give another Jeep dealership a 3rd try at keeping us as customers. Shame on me!!! The sales manager was a COMPLETE JOKE! Pulled a bait & switch maneuver on us. Over-promised & under-delivered! True slimey cars salesman mentality. Buyer beware! Jeep used to be a name I respected. Not anyone!

Extremely Disappointed with “Certified” Truck Purchase My boyfriend purchased a 2019 Ram from this dealership in January of 2025. It was labeled Certified Pre-Owned, which supposedly means it passed a thorough 100+ point inspection. Unfortunately, our experience has shown that this “certification” didn’t mean much. Right after driving off the lot, within half a mile, the check engine light came on for a misfire. My truck was towed to this facility when it wouldn't start as it was still under full factory warranty. When I called to ask about the process I was told they may not even be able to look at my vehicle for up to a week when I asked about a loaner the service employee said I had to talk to the girls up front and transferred my call to an answering machine.
