I would like to thank Owasco and their staff, particularly a very pleasant and professional Parts Advisor named Darby Kippen. I came into the Owasco Centre in Clarington ON, with a need for a Husky weight distribution bar. When Darby could not find a supplier that had the part in stock, she even help me find if an online supplier had any in stock. No one seemed to have one. We just bought a Westfalia wave pop up with Willhem -as we were out of province and new customers there were a few hiccups in regards to paiment confidence on our end and theirs which were understandable -Willem was always available , courteous and very approachable to answer our questions as newbie vanlifers ! After seeing their establishment for the first time our confidence was satisfied and all things were easily ironed out for a positive experience -would recommend doing business with willhem !!

Mission Impossible - Parts & Service Departments working together equals Mission Completed! ✔️. I’m writing this review to acknowledge Sandi who is the Manager of Parts, Igor who is the Service Manager and Stephanie who is the Service Coordinator at Owasco. Our unit was in for warranty issues and repair regarding the BMPro tablet in our fifth wheel. While our unit was in the lot one of our bedroom double pane of glass windows fell out of our unit.
