I recently took a pump in to have a rebuild. About 2 weeks later received a call from Davis pump saying it was ready for pick up. I paid for the service picked up the pump. When I hooked it up the pump did not work I took it back in a different technician took I apart in front of me and said the bearings had not been replace and the motor shaft was damaged and I needed a new motor. We thought our pump went out. We were supposed to leave on a short trip. I stayed home and scheduled an appointment, fully expecting a $2,000 bill for a new pump. Two technicians showed up, I explained the problem we were having with INTERMITTENT WATER. They said show us the electrical...15 minutes later they fixed the switch and they were leaving. I said wait, let me pay you and they said no, we will just go write up a bill and send it. $250. These guys were awesome and I would highly recommend!

We called them because the pump to our well stopped working. They finally showed up the next day, worked for a couple hours and left without a word. We still didn’t have any running water, and couldn’t even get them to answer a phone call or let us know what was going on. They never showed up again, and left with out fixing the problem and left another broken valve in addition.
