BUYER BEWARE-Their sales team does not stand behind their products! We have purchased many pieces of equipment for our small family business over the last 10 years. Last year we purchased a new Kubota mini skidster and within the first project, it broke down with hydraulic issues. 2 months later, it broke down with electrical issues and 2 months after that, more electrical issues and fuel issues. I brought my Kubota in for service and had some discrepancies in the billing. The manager overheard our conversation and immediately came to check on our issue. While we didn’t initially agree on the issues, he was so professional and went out of his way to make sure I was valued as a customer. His business demeanor really calmed the situation and made the transaction feel good. I won’t take my tractor anywhere else for service.

I recently purchased a Kubota excavator from OES Hubbard.My Salesman Steve went over and beyond what I had expected. This is the second piece of equipment I have purchased from them.
