THANK GOD AM LEAVING THIS AREA THEY WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL IN MY MEDICINE AND DID NOT CALLED KROGER BUT DAMN THEY STILL HAVEN'T CALLED IT IN THIS IS RIDICULOUS ON TOP OF MEDICAID WANTING A COPAY NOW THIS CLINIC WILL NOT DO ITS JOB
Normally this place is on top of things, and I wld give them 5 stars, but for some reason I've had to call them 3 times, my counselor has had to call them once and they still haven't called my refill in to the pharmacy and I've been waiting for going on the 4th day now. And the medication tht I'm taking isn't something tht can be overlooked when it comes to refilling and skipping days of not taking it.
I have had serious gastrointestinal problems for quite some time now. Asked for a referral to marshall health gastroenterology months ago. Every time I have called about it the receptionist has told me she will send a message to my doctor and his nurse. I have never got a call back from anyone meanwhile vomiting every time I eat and constant regurgitation and reflux that make my days very uncomfortable. Went to Marshall health walk in.
