I had a hydrafacial at the Plano location this week with Mary. It was by far, one of the worst that I've ever had! Not only did she rush through the procedure (I had to get the rest of the blackheads out once I got home), she had very bad breath. The manager (name unknown) called me and apologized, but basically my bad experience wasn't their problem, nor was it their problem that I wasted $250 on this hydrafacial (I had a $100 credit, so between the balance and the tip, I paid a little over $250). Love OVME! Friendly, knowledgeable staff and great treatments. My skin has never looked better!
The entire staff is absolutely phenomenal! My injector, Andi, is so kind, thorough, and honest. My aesthetician, Mary, is a literal angel and has helped me finally start to heal cystic acne that I’ve been battling. I started going to her for hydrofacials and after my first session, she gave me some great recommendations and when I returned 2.5 weeks later my skin looked better than it has in 6 months. I cannot say enough great things about OVME!
Ashley does a great job…everyone there is so sweet and welcoming!
