OVME Bethesda has exemplary customer service, and more importantly, their providers are knowledgeable, empathetic, and experienced. I trust my provider’s (Kristina) advisement and her work. I have never been disappointed. I always look forward to my OVME appointments, and I always feel better about myself when I leave.
Great customer service. Very nice staff. Many services offered, and easy to schedule online.
It was relaxing and felt very peaceful. Kerly Was wonderful and amazing provided me with detail of everything she was doing and really took care of my face.
I enjoyed the direction, hand holding, and care given every time I’m at OVME
Beware... They don't accept credit cards, had to pay an $80 (!!!) credit card fee on top of an already expensive treatment. Wish this was communicated at booking. Otherwise very happy with the services offered. Preferable to my dermatologist even
