This was ny first time at OVME. The staff greeted me in a very friendly matter. I had Amanda do a hydrofacial. She was friendly and explained the process. However, I did not care for her suggesting other services, or becoming a member during the session. After I paid I looked at my bill. Online the hydrofacial says starting at 149. I was charged 190.
