I always have the best experiences at OVME! I go monthly for hydrafacials with Sarah and we set up a PERFECT plan for my wedding skin care prep! Stephanie is so helpful with booking all of my appointments!
Everyone was really nice but the esthetician caused damage to my skin. She was scraping pretty hard around my eyes during dermaplaning and caused these scratches on my skin. I’m going on vacation tomorrow and this is going to take weeks to heal. Not a gentle experience at all and it’s on both sides of my face. She really cut my skin bad. I definitely will be canceling my membership and not coming back.
I am so happy I went to see Megan. I have been putting off going to anyone for my skin care but I’m so thrilled I did. Megan gave me so much information about what I can do to feel more confident about my skin with the right skin care. This is experience was truly incredible and I will be back again. Her client care will have me ask for her every time I need a treatment.
Dysport treatment and technician was great. But the Reception and parking situation was not. Nowhere to park, and they don’t validate paid parking. They don’t tell you ahead of time to cater for extra travel time due to ongoing construction. They enforce random new policies like having two cards on file, without giving you notice. Not a great customer service experience.
