Mohammed R was here on our site. We had some real technical difficulties which were not part of his job, but he went above and beyond to get the issues fixed. I really appreciate all his help and would recommend him to everyone in a heartbeat! Highly recommended, a pleasure to work with!
Alex came on site and determined that the issue with the security system was caused by two break-sensor batteries that were low. He replaced the batteries, checked all sensors, and tested the system to ensure everything was functioning properly. His service was efficient and professional.
