Garbage company. I paid for their service and they didn't properly install access points at my business and kept going back and forth with me trying to give me an estimate to pay more to add access points. The issue isn't adding access points. It's about shifting them properly to make sure all my property gets coverage... this company won't even properly discuss it with me and tries to stiff me with an estimate of 6k without a word. My experience with Oviss the entire time we have used them for business has been greatl. The service technician was very professional and gave me a detailed explanation every step of the way during installation. He also went over how to work/use the camera system as well. Great experience!
Amazing service, I’ve used their services for Camera and Alarm Services for personal and business. Their installers are very professional and exactly know how to get the job done first time. From sales/quoting to final installation it was seamless process so I highly recommend you guys give them a call your camera and alarm needs.
Excellent service in a timely manner. I can’t do without them. Oviss labs had the hardest working technician I have ever seen, install our 4 camera system in a single day, and I should state that this was clearly a two day job.
