One of the worst services ever, plus they over charged once but i immediately caught on and they’re like “oh so sorrrr-eee” like wth, we can’t even trust yall charging fairly. Gel polish weren’t fully dried, requested them to dry them again and they immediately start talking crap, HELLO WE’RE PAYING YOU, DO YOUR JOB RIGHT OR FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO DO!!!!!! 🤦🏻♀️
This was my favorite nail salon in red oak I would go maybe 2 times a month to get a pedicure I come in today they sit me down after maybe 5 mins a young girl comes out she greets me and starts doing my pedicure I got there at 2:15pm didn’t leave until almost 4pm she didn’t know what she was doing my toes nails look horrible I will not be returning
The worst experience ever yesterday I order manicure and pedicure and they don't apply enough gel in my fingers and the machine was burning my nails . The girl destroyed the shape of my eyebrows and I told her just clean around and she when and rip them off and after she saw all the mess she did she never stops laughing. When I got home, I had to file my toes to make them even. This was one of the most rushed and worst pedicures ever. Will not be returning!
