The customer service is always great and I always like my nails.
Not a great experience. I tried this place for the first time. They are friendly and many of the customers in there were raving about them. I got a pedicure and manicure. The massage part of the pedicure was good. Callus removal was excellent. But the water was too hot and so was the wax. On the manicure they told me to wait only 5 minutes to dry with a little fan on them. I waited 10 and then they immediately got all messed up when I went to pay. Had a pedicure by Ruby, did excellent job, even removed my in grown toe nail.
My feet and fingernails were in rough shape today! They did an excellent job and got me back together again
