I had noticed their dedicated service before, when I had trouble removing a used edger blade from an older Echo machine. The elderly gentlemen quickly removed it for me, gave a spare pin along and charged me nothing. More recently the motor of my 12-year old Echo trimmer/ would often quit. They diagnosed it as an overheating coil and ordered a new coil ON WARRANTY for that 7-year old trimmer. I have always had exceptional service and quick repairs from the family owned local Oviedo business!
Oviedo mower has an exceptional service and repair department. However, if you want to spend a bunch of extra money for general parts, go to Oviedo Mower. I spent $71.14 for a common scag belt this week and $60.00 for another belt last week. These are only 2 examples that I will bring up. It blows my mind when I realize that I can get these belts (and other OEM parts) on Ebay for half the price with free shipping. You cannot know how good service is unless there is a problem. I must say the service is great!!!!!. I bought a new snapper riding mower and started having trouble before I finished mowing my lawn the first time. Oviedo mower went above and beyond anything I could expect. They made sure I was happy with my purchase and assured me they were there to take care of me. My mower is working great and they were very accommodating.
I buy all my lawn care products here, they are top notch, family owned and they go above and beyond all expectations. I would highly recommend them and love keeping the business local.
