This was one of the most disappointing massage experiences I’ve ever had. The massage was completely ineffective. I asked specifically for relief in my shoulder but not only did it not help, it actually made the pain worse. The therapist was just lightly rubbing my skin with no real pressure at all, like she was just petting instead of massaging. There was zero deep tissue work or effort to actually reach the muscles.
