My first set of hearing aides so I didn’t know what to expect. Due to recommendations I drove across counties to see Cynthia Quinn. She was professional, honest and sincere. Did I mention that she is extremely intelligent and has a great sense of humor. Have been back in to see her at no charge and understand this is her way of keeping us happy. Reasonable and fair. Fantastic service. My hearing aid broke while on holiday in Orlando. Pop in to see if they could assist me as I was 2 weeks away from returning to New Zealand. They contacted the manufacturer as my hearing aid was only 3 months old and the replacement part arrived the following day, all covered under the warranty. Super happy to know the warranty is worldwide. I would highly recommend the Oviedo Hearing Center and Phonak hearing aids
Cynthia is the best!!!! She really knows her hearing aides and how to get the right fit She is patient and really cares about making sure the aides work right. She changed mine and my husbands life fitting him with the right aides for the first time in 20 years. She has also followed up with us to make she everything is still perfect.. thank you Oviedo Hearing
I have been years with Oviedo hearing center they're the best always offer to help with a big smile I can describe them as "the best" thanks for being patience with us.
