RecommendedWe went there early this Christmas morning. The entire staff (from registration, to the nurses, drs, radiologists, etc) were absolutely amazing today. Everyone was on top of everything, and even listening to the stories from our 7 yr old daughter and Santa's visit. They even brought her a teddy bear when we had gone in for him. I know working holidays is inconvenient at times and taking away from your family, but from our family I just want to say how grateful we are for people like you!
I do not recommend going to ER.Instead of one bill you get one from ER and one from Boone county which messes up most insurance .My ER visits are $120 with my insurance but since they sent 2 separate bills I now owe Boone County $458 and Major $120.Put it all in one bill for crying out loud.
Replace dr trowbridge with someone who listens and doesnt judge people. Or atleast tell him to speak quietly when telling his nurse to MARK ME DOWN AS A DRUG SEEKER!!!! I didnt ask for any drugs I asked for help with my back pain!
can not get doctor or nurse to return calls or send prescriptions for refill.
