The customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. The owners were very disrespectful when I came to let them know that the washer I had bought broke down. Well, to say the least, they basically told me that they didn't have personnel to look at the receipts from a month back because I didn't have it with me. Tienen una gran selección de mercancía y son muy amables los dueños. Compre todos mis electrodomésticos para mi casa en Estados unidos al igual que para mi casa en México y cuando tuve un problema lleve el el electrodomésticos y me le arreglaron rápido y sin problemas. Fue una experiencia agradable comprar allí totalmente recomendable.
Bought them a washer and dryer here two years ago and still working perfectly good. Never had any issues with I recommend to my neighbors and there's are working good as well. Awesome appliances at very competitive pricing. Would totally recommend this place to everyone.
