5/5 in every category! I brought my Craftsman Professional Zero Turn mower that's pushing 20 years old to Kelsey and Matt. It's one of those "good luck finding parts" type of deals. One of the parts I needed was nowhere online, but Matt found what he needed in his shop. I want to give the BIGGEST MECHANIC SHOUTOUT TO Matt Holmes and Kelsey Holmes at Ovid Outdoor-Power (K&M Automotive Service Center)!!! I have been trying since early last year to get these 2 VERY distinct noises diagnosed and fixed on my van. I had put $1600 worth into getting it "fixed" between 7 different businesses/people and the noises continued to not get "fixed" but to get MUCH worse.
