5/5 in every category! I brought my Craftsman Professional Zero Turn mower that's pushing 20 years old to Kelsey and Matt. It's one of those "good luck finding parts" type of deals. I want to give the BIGGEST MECHANIC SHOUTOUT TO Matt Holmes and Kelsey Holmes at Ovid Outdoor-Power (K&M Automotive Service Center)!!! I have been trying since early last year to get these 2 VERY distinct noises diagnosed and fixed on my van. I had put $1600 worth into getting it "fixed" between 7 different businesses/people and the noises continued to not get "fixed" but to get MUCH worse. Not only did they have my mower for 2 months, it was not fixed when I got it back. They assured me that they knew exactly what the problem was and how to correct it but when I tried to use it, the same thing happened in less than 3 hours usage. I would definitely NOT recommend their service!
