Audiologist Katrina Smith has been fabulous, and the receptionist & hearing test specialist have also been great . Very friendly , courteous , quick and knowledgeable at the Camilus NY office. But……service on my set of Phonak hearing aids when they have to get sent out ….which has been quite “routinely”….. has been horrible. Phonak needs to improve their service , quality control & workmanship like the Camilus HearingLife office! Again in July and August 2024 they have all gone over and above & beyond anything you could poss... read more
