I have been a customer at Oviatt for about 7 years. I have always been. pleased with the service. Several years ago one of my hearing aids failed. It was 3 or 4 months beyond warranty but Oviatt got the manufacturer to repair at no cost. Also I have bought 2 sets of hearing aids at Oviatt and price was reasonable. I went to a competitor several times and I did not like their pricing strategy. For comparable aids they would claim a much higher price which even with big discount was still $500 more than Oviatt.
